Founder & CEO

Brian is our Founder and CEO, and an industry-recognized expert in the design, management and innovation of global executive coaching program implementations for organizations around the world.

Brian is an author, frequent keynote speaker, executive coaching innovator and coaching community leader.

He earned his PhD in organizational Psychology from the CA School of Professional Psychology, and holds a BA in Psychology from USC.

Brian resides in San Jose, California with his family, and is an avid traveler.

Tracey Bertolina

Chief Financial Officer

Tracey leads the finance organization inside CoachSource. She brings 30+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning across various industries.

She prioritizes continuous improvement and enhancement of systems and financial analysis.

Tracey is a Certified Public Accountant, with a Master’s Degree in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.

Mary Dombrowski

SVP, Client Engagement

Mary oversees CoachSource’s account teams working with current clients, as well as creating and developing new client relationships.

She has over 30 years of marketing and business development experience working in and with Fortune 500 companies including Time Inc, Conde Nast and Lightolier, now part of Royal Phillips.

Mary holds an MBA from New York University, and a BS in Marketing from Drexel University.

She resides in Atlanta and enjoys great weather, hiking and travel.

Jeff Nally, PCC, SHRM-SCP

Chief Coaching Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer

Jeff leads our coach community, coaching practices, and human resources. Prior to joining us in 2016, he established and led executive coaching at Humana for nine years.

He is co-author of Rethinking Human Resources, Humans@Work, and When Work Works.

He is recognized as one of “Twenty People to Know in Human Resources”, by Louisville Business First, and an award recipient of the Thomas J. Leonard Coach Humanitarian Award.

Jeff resides in Venice, Florida with his family and enjoys sunrise yoga on the beach.

Jeff Nally

CSQ, PCC, SHRM-SCP

Jeff is the Chief Coaching Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at CoachSource where he develops and engages over one thousand CoachSource Qualified (CSQ) coaches connecting them to executive coaching engagements in corporations around the world. He also helps clients design executive coaching, group coaching, and coach supervision programs.

Jeff is an executive coach, coaching supervisor, professional speaker, and author who creates intentional interactions in the workplace that inspire leaders to become better humans at work. He helps leaders apply brain-based solutions and the science of human interaction in the workplace to increase engagement, accountability, and performance.

He has over thirty years of professional experience in human resources, executive coaching, speaking, and leadership development.

Jeff is a co-author of Rethinking Human Resources, Humans@Work, and When Work Works with other HR and coaching thought leaders. Jeff earned a BA in Psychology from Georgetown College and an MBA from Georgia State University.

He is a member of Alexcel Group – The Alliance for Leadership Excellence with other thought leaders in the executive coaching and leadership development professions. Jeff is a member of the SHRM Executive Network with other Chief HR Officers and corporate talent executives.

Jeff volunteers to advance the human resources and coaching professions. He was named one of the top Twenty People to Know in Human Resources by Business First of Louisville and is the 2021 recipient of the Thomas J. Leonard Coach Humanitarian Award.

Mary Dombrowski

SVP, Client Engagement

Mary Dombrowski is Senior Vice President of Client Engagement overseeing both the existing Client Services teams as well as new business development efforts. Mary’s 30+ year career began in marketing and finance with well-known organizations like Lightolier (now part of Royal Philips), Time Inc and Conde Nast. She has also worked independently as well as with start-up organizations gaining invaluable insight into business operations, growth and scale.

At CoachSource Mary works with the Client Services team to ensure our role as a strategic partner to our clients while providing the most responsive and comprehensive service. She is also focused on visibility to prospective clients interested in developing partnerships with CoachSource.

Mary holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.  In her free time she enjoys traveling, exploring cities, hiking, dining out and reading.

Tracey Bertolina

Chief Financial Officer

Tracey leads the finance organization at CoachSource, bringing over 30 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning. Her extensive career spans the professional services and manufacturing industries, where she has honed her expertise in managing complex financial operations and driving strategic growth and profitability.

At CoachSource, Tracey is instrumental in enhancing the company's technology and systems for the benefit of the company and its clients. She is dedicated to continuous improvement, focusing on the enhancement of systems and financial analysis to support company objectives. Her leadership in finance ensures that CoachSource maintains robust financial health and operational efficiency.

Tracey is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.

Beyond her professional commitments, Tracey enjoys traveling, kayaking, and hiking.

Brian O. Underhill

Founder & CEO

Brian is an industry-recognized expert in the design and management of global executive coaching programs, as well as a thought leader, keynote speaker and author of four books and numerous whitepapers and articles.

Prior to founding CoachSource, he spent 10 years managing executive coaching operations for Marshall Goldsmith Coaching, and holds Advanced Certification in the Goldsmith Coaching Process.

Brian's executive coaching work has focused on helping clients achieve positive, measurable, long-term change in leadership behavior. He helped pioneer the use of a unique measurement tool, known in the industry as "mini-surveys"—to help impact behavioral change over time.

Brian is an author of three books. Coach Me! Your Personal Board of Directors was published in 2022. He co-edited Mastering Executive Coaching with Marshall Goldsmith and Jonathan Passmore, published in 2019. He is the author of Executive Coaching for Results: The Definitive Guide to Developing Organizational Leaders, published in 2007.

Angie Voorhees

Accounting Manager

Angie, CoachSource’s accounting manager since 2007, brings over 15 years of public accounting experience to our team. For the past 17 years, her dedication has been foundational in nurturing the growth of CoachSource, our clients and our coach network.

Angie holds a B.S. in Accounting from Seton Hall University.

She resides in New Jersey with her family. When she’s not exploring new destinations, she loves baking Italian specialties.

Jackie Giardiello

Accounting Associate

Jackie joined CoachSource in 2018 as a Payroll Specialist.

Prior to joining our team she worked in banking at Chemical Bank and First Union for almost 10 years. She took some time to raise two sons, and when returning to work, she was the Office Manager at a dental practice for 15 years.

She earned a BS in Applied Economics and Business from Cornell University.

She enjoys traveling, cooking, and especially spending time socializing with friends.

Kathleen Diekmann

Security Analyst/IT Administrator

Kathleen joined CoachSource in 2016 as a Billing Specialist.

Prior to joining CoachSource, she was Director of Core Systems Operations Support at Visa, and worked in Internal Audit for both Charles Schwab and Lockheed Martin.

She has a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems.

She lives in Northern California with her family and enjoys cooking and traveling.

Patty Ainsworth

Coach Associate, Sr. Executive Administrator

Patty embarked on her journey with CoachSource in 2009 when she joined as a dedicated executive assistant. 

Beyond company-wide administrative responsibilities, Patty engages with our clients and coaches as a Coach Associate, showcasing her versatile skill set and commitment to excellence.

Prior to joining CoachSource, Patty worked at Hewlett-Packard and Dell in their international marketing divisions.

Patty lives in Northern California and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and horses.

Allegra Sass

Manager, Coaching Services

Allegra joined CoachSource in 2012 and has become an integral part of the CoachSource team.  In supporting our coaching services, she plays a pivotal role by overseeing coaching engagements and fostering a positive experience for both our clients and our dedicated coaches.

Allegra has over 18 years of experience in office administration & project management.

She is based in New Jersey. In her free time, one can find her cooking, hiking, or at a concert.

Erica Postell

Manager, Coaching Services

Erica joined CoachSource in September 2023. She manages coaching engagements while providing excellent customer service.

In San Francisco, Erica started her career in technology at Yelp and led successful sales and enablement teams at DocuSign.

She holds a BA. in Communications from Santa Clara University and a Master's degree in organizational psychology from Alliant.

She is based in San Mateo, California, where she spends her free time cooking and painting.

Laura Parks

Manager, Coaching Services

Laura joined CoachSource in 2019. She has over 30 years of experience in production, project, and program management and is certified in Lean Six Sigma methods.

Prior to CoachSource, Laura worked at HP in Silicon Valley for 20 years.

Residing in both Pennsylvania and California, Laura enjoys hiking, skiing, sewing, and spending time with family and friends.

Laurie Lawton

Manager, Coaching Services

Laurie joined CoachSource in April 2022.  Prior to joining CoachSource, she worked in a variety of senior level administrative & operational roles including her most recent job as a Facility Manager for a major medical device manufacturing company in Los Angeles.

Laurie recently moved from California to Texas to be close to her grown children and new granddaughter. She loves fitness, practicing yoga and gardening.

Selen Iskenderoğlu, MS

Manager, Coaching Services

Selen joined CoachSource in October 2021. She manages numerous coaching engagements and meeting customer needs, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and coaches.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree in psychology and minor in business at University of California, San Diego, she earned her MS in Applied Psychology from University of Southern California.

Selen was born in in Bursa, Turkey, where she lives today with her family and their dog, Mars.

J'Aimee Mission-Moon, Ph.D.

Director, Coaching Services

She’s been with CoachSource since 2016.  J'Aimee is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our client partners and matching their executives with our exceptional coaches.

Prior to CoachSource, she worked with The Spur Group and Ergometrics & Applied Personnel Research, Inc.

She has a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a BA in Psychology.

She lives in Southern California with her husband, John, their son, Oliver, and fur baby, Leo.

Charmaine Kwame

Director, Coaching Services

Charmaine joined CoachSource in 2023. She has been an executive coach and leadership development practitioner for 16 years.

With over twenty-four years of industry knowledge, including investment banking, financial regulation, UK government and healthcare, her work has included managing transformation programs at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and strategic responsibility for leadership development within National Health Service (NHS) England.

She is UK London based and mother of two awesome children.

Zia Best, CPIC

Director, Coaching Services; DE&I Lead

Zia partners with our clients to help them implement impactful coaching programs, and she leads our DE&I initiatives.

Before joining CoachSource in 2017, Zia had a career in academia at Rutgers and Princeton University in HR and L&D functions.

Zia holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University, and certifications as a Professional Integrative Coach, as a DDI facilitator, and in the StandOut Assessment.

Zia enjoys supporting the dreams of her husband and son.

Diane Bailey Boulet

VP, Strategy and Client Success

Diane joined CoachSource in December 2022 as VP, Strategy & Client Success on our Diversified Account Team.

Diane has 20+ years of coaching, consulting, business development and leadership development experience.

Diane earned her B.A. at Boston College and completed her coach training in Evidence-Based Coaching at Fielding Graduate University.

Diane is the author of Poverty to Possibility: Snapshots from a Yorkshire Boyhood and contributed to Write to the Top; Writing for Corporate Success (Random House). She resides in Louisville, KY. She loves time with family, traveling, cooking, and writing.

Andrea Buell PCC PMP

Director, Coaching Services

Andrea partners with our clients to implement coaching strategies, while overseeing hundreds of 1:1 and team coaching engagements annually.

Andrea is a passionate individual and team coach with expertise in program management.

She led successful coaching programs at Medtronic in the Coaching CoE.

She holds a MA in Educational Technology from Concordia University. Born in Montreal, Canada, she resides in Boulder, Colorado, where she enjoys live blues music and riding her motorcycle through the Colorado mountains.
