Susanna Lindblom is a seasoned leadership coach with over 15 years of coaching experience and a 17-year background in senior business roles at major firms like BP, UNISYS, and France Telecom. Her corporate experience spans energy, telecom, and high-tech sectors, giving her a grounded perspective when working with senior leaders and managers. She has delivered coaching and training across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America, working with clients from Fortune 50 companies, startups, and public organizations.

Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Swedish, Susanna brings a truly global lens to her work. Her coaching focuses on leadership development, communication skills, executive presence, confidence, and emotional intelligence. Holding a Master’s in International Industrial Marketing and a BS in Economics and International Business Administration, she combines academic rigor with hands-on executive experience.
