Suraj Chaudhry brings over 28 years of leadership and coaching experience spanning consulting, operations, sales, and strategic planning. He began his career at IBM Global Services leading large-scale transformation projects, then moved into operations at GE Capital where he managed large teams and earned a Six Sigma Green Belt. As Head of Sales at telecom firm VNL, he set up operations across 11 countries and secured global deals that positioned the company for scale. He also held key strategic roles at Airtel and Escorts Ltd., developing business plans and exploring new market opportunities.

Now an ICF-certified PCC with over 2,100 coaching hours, Suraj works with executives from Fortune 500 firms, startups, and global nonprofits.
