Sam Turner, Ph.D., PCC, is an executive coach with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning operations, consulting, and global leadership development. His coaching approach helps leaders break through stagnation, foster creativity, and cultivate lasting partnerships. He’s worked extensively with individuals, teams, and organizations, facilitating simulations, strategic planning, and innovation practices such as design thinking. A former VP in the textile industry, Sam brings firsthand operational insight and a global perspective shaped by experiences across 20+ countries.
He supports senior leaders in industries including finance, retail, and healthcare—guiding CTOs, CEOs, and Presidents through transitions, scaling, M&A integration, and succession planning. Sam also leads a long-running regional CEO peer group and contributes thought leadership through conferences and publications.
