Pablo Gimenez

Pablo Gimenez is an executive coach and facilitator with 20+ years of corporate experience across the pharmaceutical, tech, and finance sectors. He began his career as a strategic consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton and later served as Strategic Investment Manager at Intel Capital and CEO of a tech startup. He went on to lead business development and consulting teams in the pharma industry with IMS Health (now IQVia), Genomma Lab, and Recalcine (now part of Abbott). Pablo draws on this rich leadership background to coach executives in navigating transitions, team dynamics, and growth challenges.

He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, is a Certified Public Accountant and Business Administration graduate, and is a certified ontological coach through The Newfield Network. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Pablo has coached leaders from organizations such as The World Bank, Walmart, Coca-Cola, AstraZeneca, and UNICEF. He’s also taught business and leadership in universities across Argentina and Chile, bringing academic rigor and global insight to his coaching work.
