Jane Graydon is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 30 years of experience spanning executive coaching, leadership development, and senior corporate roles. She’s held leadership positions including VP of HR, SVP of Client Services, and Chief Privacy Officer across healthcare and global telecommunications sectors. Her clients—ranging from CEOs to directors—value her ability to cut through complexity, unlock leadership potential, and guide them through organizational change and strategic growth.

In addition to her corporate background, Jane has taught leadership at the graduate and undergraduate levels at Simon Fraser University and served as President of ICF Toronto.
