Jan Weetjens, PCC is an Executive Leadership Coach with over 25 years of experience supporting senior leaders through complex transitions and transformative change. A former executive at the World Bank with a 30-year career, Jan brings a wealth of global leadership expertise, having worked across North and South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa. His coaching is rooted in deep listening, strategic insight, and a unique ability to create a safe, reflective space that empowers clients to explore their challenges and uncover solutions.
Jan’s multidisciplinary background—spanning leadership, management, psychology, and strategy—enables him to work effectively with leaders from the private sector, government, nonprofit organizations, and academia. He integrates Eastern and Western wisdom traditions to support personal growth, organizational effectiveness, and meaningful impact. His coaching specialties include change management, executive presence, confidence-building, performance management, and navigating leadership challenges such as imposter syndrome and strategic decision-making.
Fluent in Dutch, English, and French, Jan is a Ph.D. candidate in psychology and holds a Master’s in Sociology. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of Georgetown’s Executive Leadership Coaching program.
