Lynn Litow Flayhart
Lynn is a long-standing member of CoachSource. She is an organizational development consultant with 30 years experience in executive coaching; leadership assessment for selection, development and succession planning; organizational assessment and development; culture assessment and change management; strategic and business planning; facilitation; mediation; and team building.
An adjunct faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership and its affiliate, the National Leadership Institute, Lynn is also a published author and has been a speaker for the American Bar Association and the Practicing Law Institute. She has consulted on executive development with the Columbia University Senior Executive Program. She was a member of the World Association of Business Coaches’ international team of experts engaged in defining certification standards for executive coaching. She is an instructor In Penn State University’s Senior Executive Education Program.

Lynn has consulted and provided executive coaching services to many domestic and global organizations including Dell, Agilent Technologies, Northrop Grumman, Fannie Mae, Guilford Pharmaceuticals, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, MassMutual Financial Group, United Technology Corporation, International Monetary Fund and the National Academy of Sciences.
Education/Trainings/Certifications
Lynn holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Executive Program of Loyola College of Maryland. She is a trained mediator.
