Daria Rudnik

Daria Rudnik is an executive and team coach with over 15 years of experience in people and organizational development. She has held senior roles in HR, organizational development, and marketing at global firms like Deloitte and Swedbank, supporting leaders and teams through mergers, international growth, and cultural transformation. Her coaching focuses on helping executives thrive in complex, high-stakes environments.

She holds a Master’s degree in both Law and Philology and has completed over 2,000 hours of coach training. Daria is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and also holds an EMCC Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (ITCA). She works with international clients across the U.S., Australia, Europe, and Africa, and serves as a leadership speaker at Moscow State University Business School.
