Daisy Tse is an ICF-certified executive and leadership coach with a strong background in finance, operations, and organizational development. She began her career in retail banking and held roles in property finance, corporate taxation, and financial market analytics before moving into Lean Six Sigma project leadership. Later, as a Senior Financial Advisor, she led financial planning and coached teams on business process improvement, which laid the foundation for her transition into executive coaching.
Now a core coach for a large-scale global leadership transformation initiative, Daisy has coached over 4,000 senior leaders across multiple phases of the program, consistently earning top-tier client feedback. She specializes in executive presence, influence, cross-cultural competency, and strategic thinking, and is certified in tools like IDI, Hogan, and the Bates Executive Presence Index.
