Arsenia is a seasoned executive leadership coach with 17+ years of global experience, blending neuroscience, martial arts discipline, and cross-cultural wisdom to guide leaders toward transformational growth. With a background in leading multi-billion euro financial & tech companies, she brings a sharp strategic mindset to coaching engagements spanning C-level execs, NGOs, and social impact leaders.

She has a strong presence in leadership development for women and purpose-driven organizations, especially through her work with the Women’s Impact Alliance. Arsenia also served as a facilitator for the Belgian civilian panel on the future of EU democracy, guiding meaningful conversations among 50 diverse participants.
