Based in Brussels, Patrick Stichelmans is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over a decade of experience coaching senior leaders, high potentials, and executives in transition. Formerly EMEA Talent Director at a global executive education firm and Senior Partner at Heidrick & Struggles in Brussels and Hong Kong, Patrick brings deep expertise in strategic change, M&A, globalization, and leadership development. He specializes in vertical development, executive presence, resilience, and influencing at the board level.

Trained in systems coaching (ORSC) and holding a Master’s in Psychology, Patrick is certified in tools such as Hogan, CCL 360, MBTI, and Workplace Big 5.
