Alessandra Fonseca is an accomplished executive coach and organizational consultant with over 30 years of experience in people management and human resources. With a degree in Psychology from the University of Brasília and a specialization in HR Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, she has worked extensively in coaching, corporate training, organizational development, and performance management since 1993.

She is a certified instructor for Empretec (UN), a licensed Coaching Club trainer, and an Alpha Male Assessment analyst, using custom tools to assess and develop leadership. Alessandra is also a recognized speaker and trainer, named Businesswoman of the Year 2013 by the Latin American Quality Institute for her leadership and innovation. She is the partner-owner and Director of ConsultaRH, a coaching and training firm.
