Ying Liu is an executive coach, soft skill trainer, and mindfulness meditation teacher based in Beijing, with nearly a decade of coaching experience and over 20 years of leadership roles in sales and marketing across Fortune 500 firms and Chinese state-owned enterprises. Her corporate background includes management positions at international companies, where she developed a deep understanding of leadership, innovation, and transformation. In 2018, she successfully launched her own consulting business, combining her business acumen with her passion for personal development.

Trilingual in Mandarin, English, and German, Ying supports diverse global and regional clients—including Amazon, GSK, Tencent, Pfizer, Lufthansa, and Baidu—through executive coaching focused on leadership growth, transition support, emotional intelligence, and resilience. She holds an MBA, an ICF PCC credential, CPCC certification, and is also trained in mindfulness through MMTCP.
